If you have experienced a Motor Vehicle Accident, you may be eligible to receive a prescription for Medical Massage Therapy from a Medical Doctor or Chiropractor. A claim/case number from your auto insurance provider is required for this service.
Treatment costs are billed directly to your auto insurance provider. No out-of-pocket expenses are billed to you.
Workers’ Compensation
Suppose you’ve been injured on the job and have an open claim through Worker’s Compensation. In that case, you can inquire with your treating Physician or Chiropractor about receiving a prescription for Medical Massage Therapy. When making an appointment, please provide us with the date of injury/accident, the name and phone number of your claim adjuster, and the claim/case number from your insurance provider.
Treatment costs are billed directly to your insurance provider. No out-of-pocket expenses are billed to you.
BCBS – Blue Cross Blue Shield
Depending on your BCBS – Blue Cross Blue Shield plan, you may or may not need a prescription for massage therapy! Contact your insurance company to determine your benefits, or let us know if you need help determining your eligibility, copays, and whether or not to seek a prescription before scheduling. Please provide the information on your BCBS insurance card.
