The Billing Process and How We Can Help You with Your Case
We will closely collaborate with you and your insurance provider to streamline the billing process effectively. Our administrative staff will handle the submission of necessary documentation and maintain open communication with the insurance company, ensuring a seamless reimbursement process.
Step 1: Notify your supervisor within 90 days of a work-related accident and complete the necessary paperwork.
Step 2: See your doctor for an exam and let them know that your injury occurred on the job. If your doctor agrees that Massage Therapy could be beneficial, ask for a prescription.
Step 3: Contact your claims adjuster and let them know you are pursuing treatment.
Step 4: Provide us with the following information: Your Claim/Case Number; Date Of Accident; Name & Phone Number of Your Claims Adjuster.
We need prior authorization from your claim adjuster and a prescription or work order from your Doctor or Chiropractor before starting treatment. Please note that some insurance carriers have contracted providers, while others allow you to select your own provider.
